Westbury Court Garden, Westbury on Severn - www.nationaltrust.org.uk Restored by the National Trust over the last 30 years, this Dutch-style formal water garden dates originally from 1700. Westonbirt (The National Arboretum), Tetbury - www.forestry.gov.uk/westonbirt Famous for its spectacular autumn colour displays, Westonbirt contains one of the finest collections of trees and shrubs in Europe. In addition the Arboretum has a varieds programme of events that take place throughout the year. In addition to the gardens listed above there are many gardens, both large and small, which are not usually open to the public, but which you can visit either under the National Garden Scheme or the Red Cross Garden Scheme. Money raised under these two schemes is used to benefit a wide range of charities. Finally in this section, Chipping Campden has its own Open Gardens weekend which this year will take place on Saturday and Sunday, 14th/15th June. Single-day and two-day tickets will be available from the Information Centre during week commencing Monday 10th June, with all proceeds going to Action Medical Research.
